Serving at Stonepoint

As the body of Christ, we each have been given spiritual gifts, passions, and individual abilities from God to help build up the body of Christ and to serve others throughout Van Zandt County. 

Below, you can find a list of current needs and possible places for you to serve. We look forward to helping you become a part of our Serve Team. 

Ways to Serve at Stonepoint Church

Stonepoint Kids

Serve Stonepoint children and show them the love of Christ in a safe and friendly environment. We serve infants thru 5th grade by shepherding their hearts in worship, Bible stories, and a variety of fun activities so they can love and follow Jesus.

  • Frequency: Three to four times a month
  • Background Checks & Training required
  • Current Needs: 5-7 people

First Impressions

Create a warm, vibrant environment for new guests as they arrive on our campuses. Our needs range from help with parking, greeting, hosting, and hospitality.

  • Frequency: Two to three times per month
  • Current Needs: 6-8 people


Stonepoint Students

Serve Stonepoint students and help create a safe and friendly environment where students can grow in their desire to know and serve Christ. We serve 6th-12th grade students in a variety of ways. We can use help with greeting, set-up/tear-down, hospitality, and small group shepherds. 

  • Frequency: Every Wednesday
  • Background Checks & Training required
  • Current Needs: 4-6 people

Facilities Team

Help us with a variety of behind the scenes opportunities to steward our facilities in the best way possible. This ministry helps with cleaning, set-up, tear-down, and other facility needs. 

  • Frequency: 3-5 times per month
  • Current Needs: 2 people
